Drilling

Grooving

Creating slots or grooves on the edge or surface of the glass to accommodate glass splicing, inlaying, or hardware fixing (such as the slots in shower enclosure glass, and the mounting grooves in appliance glass);

Internal edge grinding

After grooving or drilling, the inner edges can be ground. This effectively eliminates edge chipping and improves the yield of tempered glass.

Constructed from thick-walled square tubing, machined by a five-axis machining center, and treated with high-temperature annealing, sandblasting, and painting to eliminate internal stress, minimizing deformation, increasing rigidity, and ensuring long-term mechanical stability.

Spindle

7.5KW spindle, reaching speeds of up to 24,000 rpm, with stable output. Spindle positioning accuracy reaches ±0.01mm, and repeatability reaches ±0.005mm.

Professional glass drilling and milling control system with a built-in rich image library and multiple processing modes. Touchscreen operation for easy use.
