The vertical drilling and milling center is a multi-functional glass processing equipment that can automatically complete various glass processing processes.

Drilling

Due to the structure of the front and rear spindles of the vertical drilling and milling center, this equipment can achieve high-speed drilling from both sides simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and precise processing;

Milling

 Simple and fast operation: the front and rear spindles can mill and grind inner edges simultaneously;

Chamfering

 Two chamfering methods are available: 1. using a chamfering wheel directly, 2. installing a chamfering sleeve on the drill bit;

Polishing

It can achieve polishing of inner circular patterns and safety corners;

Key Configurations

Clamping Device
The clamping device uses clamps to position and secure the glass during processing, which improves rigidity. The clamps can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual size of the glass, resulting in more reasonable clamping force distribution.
Tool Magazine
The vertical drilling and milling center is equipped with a multi-position tool magazine, located in the middle of the tool magazine beam in the processing area, facilitating tool changes and meeting the tool requirements of various processing techniques.
Electric Spindle
The electric spindle features a coolant delivery system, which delivers cooling water to the inside of the tool during processing, cooling the tool and improving processing speed and quality; it is equipped with a constant temperature chiller to extend the spindle's lifespan.
CNC System
The self-developed system offers flexible operation and includes built-in front and rear spindle synchronization functions; the system also includes a real-time polishing compensation function.
